Windows NT server is a product of Microsoft Inc.. Windows NT is actually a platform, to put in simple words it is an Operating System on the Server.
Microsoft's Internet software suite is built on top of Win NT Server and built around Internet Information Server (IIS). IIS is the software service that makes your Web pages accessible over the Internet on a Windows NT server.
The first page that you view, when you view a site is called the default page of that site.
- The default page on Windows NT server is default.htm or default.html . In case, you want your default page to be default.asp or any other page, you are advised to send a mail to
firstname.lastname@example.org for enabling the page.
- If the database you use is Microsoft Access, please create a folder "db" and upload your .mdb files in that.
